OMG!!!! Today Mr.John Lee literally opened our eyes to home monitoring!!! Now we have our home monitored by Capital Connect and are very well pleased. Mr. Lee did an amazing job with explaining all the features. I must say I was completely satisfied with my experience with Capital Connect from start to finish! Everyone with whom I had contact was very pleasant and told me what I could expect before, during and after the process of installing our new security system. Their sales representative was knowledgeable, thorough and the their technician was very patient when explaning all of the different aspects of our security system.
